Al Khaleej Steel Industries LLC is one of the leading producers of mattress/bedding spring wires, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (about 100 km from Dubai). We have an installed capacity of over 5000 mt of Mattress spring/bright drawn/PVC/GI wire per month and we ship our products worldwide. We can produce high carbon and low carbon wire with phosphate coating ranging. Our wire size range is from 1.4 mm to 5 mm diameter. Our mattress wire has been tried and tested and accepted by major mattress producers. We have our own state-of-the-art wire-drawing, phosphate coating and in house testing facilities to ensure only the best quality wire reaches our customers.
