SOFF-ART was established in 1971 by the Sciannameo family, specialized in bedding from 1880. Our company is focused in the production of high quality pillows manufactured entirely in its Italian factory, combining the newest technologies with highly qualified craft workers. Our pillows have an exclusive pocketed spring structure developed and patented by SOFF-ART. The steel coils are subjected to specific designed treatment. Our product range is divided in two product types: • Morpheus Spring pillows – a range of products with high-quality, hypoallergenic, layered polyester fiber padding around the springs. The pillow cover is either in 100% high quality cotton twill or in different technical fabrics (eg. amicor, raw cotton, etc.). Morpheus Spring pillows can be customized upon request with a trim of the customer’s preferred color and with an embroidery (e.g. a logo or text), as well as of course with its technical and commercial labels. Morpheus Spring pillows can be ordered in any required size (eg. 45x70 cm., 50x70 cm., queen size, king size, etc.) and in 3 degrees of softness (soft, medium, firm). Morpheus Spring pillows have been certified for their exceptional ergonomic qualities by ErgoCert (Institute of Ergonomics Certification) according to EU standards. The use of Morpheus Spring pillows allows for perfect head-neck-shoulders alignment during sleep, in any rest position and for any user\'s body. Morpheus Spring pillows have been also certified for the total absence of human and environment dangerous raw materials. • Viscospring pillows – a range of products combining springs with a filling of memory foam produced internally with high quality anallergic materials. The cover can be in cotton or in sophisticated technical fabrics such as Viscose, Coolmax, Sanitized, Tencel, etc. Also Viscospring pillows can be customized upon request with a trim of the customer’s preferred color and with an embroidery (e.g. a loro or text), as well as of course with its technical and commercial labels. Through clever combination of springs and memory foam formulation, Viscospring pillows can be manufactured in 3 degrees of softness (soft, medium, firm). Viscospring pillows have been certified with five stars (the highest possible evaluation) for their exceptional ergonomic qualities by ErgoCert (Institute of Ergonomics Certification) according to EU standards. The use of Viscospring pillows allows for perfect head-neck-shoulders alignment during sleep, in any rest position and for any user\'s body. Viscospring pillows have been also certified for the total absence of human and environment dangerous raw materials. Their use for people with chronic nonspecific neck pains is recommended by a scientific research of the University of Bologna. Thanks to the high quality memory foam the Viscospring pillow quickly returns in shape after movements, whereas the interconnection of the cavities inside the coils enables steady internal airflow and comfortable temperature regulation. Recently, we have added our new line Viscospring 3D Airflow pillows, with an even more breathable cover, thanks to a side strip in 3D materials and available in a range of young and vibrant colors. All SOFF-ART pillows are provided with a graphically appealing insert - which can also be customized and packaged in suitable bags. Morpheus Spring pillows can be vacuum-sealed, to guarantee maximum hygiene and reduce logistical costs, while the Viscospring pillows are supplied in elegant suitcases with handles. The lifetime of our pillows is significantly longer than that of conventional fiber or memory foam pillows, thanks to their exclusive internal spring system and the quality of the materials used, providing constant comfort. The in-house production of all components ensures maximum production planning flexibility, guaranteeing timely delivery of all orders small and large.
