Sheela Foam Achieves 32% Revenue Growth in Q2, Leveraging Strong B2B and B2C Performance

Integration of Sleepwell and Kurl-on Drives Synergies, Strengthening Market Position

According to a new article in the Hindu Business Line, Sheela Foam Ltd, a leader in PU foam manufacturing, reported impressive financial results for Q2FY25, with a net profit of ₹9 crore and a consolidated revenue of ₹813 crore—a 32% increase from the previous year. This surge was driven by robust growth in the mattress segment, where volumes rose by 19%. The Sleepwell brand grew by 40%, while Kurl-on achieved a 26% increase.

The company’s integration of Sleepwell and Kurl-on has now stabilized, yielding synergy benefits of over ₹100 crore annually. Rahul Gautam, Executive Chairman, stated that the brands are gaining traction and showing consistent volume growth. Tushaar Gautam, MD, emphasized the streamlined operations and cost optimization that contributed to an improved EBITDA of nearly 10% for the India business.

The foam division also saw an 11% uptick, reflecting broader industry penetration across automotive, footwear, and ancillary markets. With strengthened market reach and efficient resource utilization, Sheela Foam is poised for further expansion, delivering innovative solutions and enhanced value for stakeholders in the sleep industry.
